The following fair cancellation agreement applies to you and I should you need to cancel your appointment.
Cancellation by you
Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at £30. This was the fee taken upon booking and is non refundable.
Cancellation by me
Should I cancel your consultation within 48 hours then I will discount your rescheduled consultation fee by 20%
